Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and cables, to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our returns department, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
